Delivery Options
Orders placed by noon Pacific Time Monday through Friday are shipped out the same day. Other orders are shipped no later than 1 business day after receipt and credit authorization. Standard delivery time is 3 to 6 business days. Rush delivery is available. Juvenon issues shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers to customers who provide email addresses. Customers who prefer delivery by U.S. Postal Service may so specify.

Shipments are automatically sent every 28 days. There is no minimum time commitment. Customers who prefer different shipping frequency may so specify when ordering by phone, or place their order and then email their special request to customerservice@juvenon.com.

Juvenon's Customer Service Representative will ask your dog's weight to set up the Vigorate Convenience Shipping program. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. There is no minimum time commitment. To cancel or suspend shipments, contact Customer Service. Please keep your credit card information current.
