Nathan D. Hamilton Chairman
and CEO
currently manages Archangel BioVentures, LLC, a biomedical
investment company, and is an investor and consultant to several
biotechnology and medical device companies. Prior experience includes
President of QIAGEN Operon where he built the business into the number
one synthetic DNA provider in the world. Prior to that he was President
of Operon Technologies, where he grew the business at a rate of over
100% in successive years, and executed a sale to QIAGEN. Mr. Hamilton
is also a Director of Biolog, Inc., a biotechnology company. Mr.
Hamilton received his B.A. in Physics from the University of California,
Berkeley and his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard
University Graduate School of Business.

Allan J. Prager Director
is an experienced entrepreneur and strategic consultant
to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. He was co-founder
of PHT Corporation (Boston, MA), a software company that has developed
web-based products for the conduct and management of clinical trials.
At PHT he directed strategy development, early-stage funding, achievement
of the company's first big-pharma customers, and recruitment of
a full-time CEO. The company has been funded by several leading
venture capital firms and does business with most of the world's
top 20 pharmaceutical companies.
Earlier, he participated in two leveraged buyouts and several
startup companies. As a strategic consultant, he worked with senior
executives as such firms as Biogen, Chiron, Genentech, Immunex,
Johnson & Johnson, and Syntex. He earned a Bachelor's Degree at
Stanford and an MBA at Harvard.

Bruce N. Ames, Ph.D. Director
is a founder of Juvenon and chairs its Scientific
Advisory Board. Dr. Ames is a former Chair of the Department
of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of California,
Berkeley. He is now a Senior Scientist, Children’s Hospital
of Oakland Research Institute. He is a recipient
of the U.S. National Medal of Science, among numerous other honors.
He previously served as a member of the board of directors of
Operon, a genomics company sold to QIAGEN in 2000. For more information

Jack Robertson Director
is President of The Robertson Group, a marketing consulting
firm specializing in strategy and new product development in
the consumer market. Previously, he was Co-founder and Chief
Operating Officer of PhotoAlley, Inc., a leading Internet-retailer
of photographic equipment with sales that reached $30 million
before it was sold to a national photography and photo-finishing
chain. Prior to that he had a 21-year marketing career with The
Procter and Gamble Company and The Clorox Company, capped by
general management responsibility for a $600 million consumer
products division.
Mr. Robertson's firm provides sales and marketing services to
Juvenon, including marketing strategy, product positioning, advertising,
market research and Internet support. Mr. Robertson holds a Bachelor
degree from the University of Calgary (Alberta), and he completed
the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business
School.

David Juan, M.D. Consulting
Clinician
assists with Juvenon's clinical research program. He received his medical degree
from the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified in both internal
medicine and endocrinology and metabolism. After his postdoctoral fellowship
in biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin, where he did basic research
on vitamin D metabolism, he taught at several medical schools. While at Northwestern,
he initiated geriatric teaching and research, including the study of aging
on theophylline metabolism. Since 1988, he has worked for several biopharmaceutical
companies including Abbott Laboratories, Fujisawa USA, Syntex, Procter and
Gamble Pharmaceuticals and ICOS in all phases of drug development in many therapeutic
areas. He is experienced in developing pharmacological agents for neuropsychiatric
indications, including dementia.

David K. Shunick Operations
Consultant
is a versatile
operations executive with a record of achievement in both large and smaller
entrepreneurial settings. His responsibilities at Juvenon focus on purchasing,
materials management, packaging and oversight of contract manufacturing.
Early in his career Dave was Operations Director-OTC Products
for Abbott Laboratories. He was recruited away to become Vice President,
Manufacturing and Materials Management at Shaklee Corporation,
a $500+ million nutritional and personal care products company,
where he reduced the cost of goods sold by over 13%. After a 3-year
stint in Switzerland as Director- Materials Management at Ares-Serono,
the largest biotech firm in Europe, he worked as Vice President-Operations
for Nature's Sunshine Products, a manufacturer of herbal preparations
and supplements, and Natural Alternatives International, a contract
manufacturer of nutritional supplements, where one of his tasks
was to bring manufacturing facilities up to current cGMP standards.
Dave earned a B.S. in Management at the University of Illinois
and an MBA at St. Mary's College (Moraga, California).
